This workshop will introduce an innovative, structured approach to generating and developing ideas and designing meaningful solutions to challenges in the classroom and school. Using the “How might we…” prompt, educators are reminded that we are all designers and that we can use design thinking strategies to tackle logistical, curricular, environmental, faculty, and scheduling issues. Participants will learn about the applications of design thinking as a way to creatively plan and design instruction based on students' preferences. We will explore many tools to support design solutions generated during the workshop.
